Audi Mobility Concept — Sensory Design for Future Electric Experience

Background

This project was developed in collaboration with the Audi design team and Professor Frank from HfG Offenbach, exploring the future design language and product line strategy for Audi’s Chinese market. The research addressed how Audi could extend its design DNA into the era of electric mobility, where emotion and user experience play an equally important role as performance and technology.

What I Led

  • Participated in early research and conceptual definition, analyzing market evolution and cultural perception of luxury mobility in China.

  • Working closely with Audi designers, I proposed a future mobility concept tailored for the 2022 Winter Olympics, envisioning a vehicle designed for athletes — one that embodies precision, comfort, and environmental awareness.
The concept aimed to merge elegance with physical experience, using minimal form language, spatial balance, and material tactility to evoke emotional connection during travel.

Outcomes & Vision

  • The design translated Audi’s progressive philosophy into a sensory-driven mobility experience, redefining how winter transportation can be both emotional and sustainable.

  • The project proposed a new direction for Audi’s future electric design identity — where performance meets human-centered refinement.
